Espot Esqui is only six minutes away and Baqueira only thirty minutes away!

Espot, Portainé and Tascan, under the commercial name of Skipapallars, allow you to ski in the three ski resorts in the Pallars Sobirà area in the Catalan Pyrenees purchasing only one pass.

Skipallars means: only 1 pass, 3 ski resorts and more than 55 km of ski slopes.

The three ski resorts are connected thanks to the bus service “Skibus”. This bus service departs from Lleida and stops at Balaguer, Tremp, La Pobla de Segur, Sort and Rialp ending its service in Portainé. 1. ESPOT SKI RESORT

Espot Esquí can be proud of its privileged location, only 2 km away from the village of Espot and it’s also the only ski resort located next to the “Aigüestortes i Estany de Sant Maurici National Park”. The ski resort is surrounded by thick pine forests and offers stunning views of the mountains. The ski resort has 25 km of slopes. It is widely known for the quality of its snow and because more of the 60% of its ski  area is available with artificial snow. It also has three homologated slopes for international competition. The resort also offers a wide area for beginners above 2000 m. and a leisure park for children. In 2013, Espot Esquí became the first ski resort in the Catalan Pyrenees to receive the Family Holiday Destination Seal by the Catalan Tourist Board. This seal guarantees Espot Esquí is one of the main tourist attractions for family tourism.

2. PORTAINÉ 

Portainé is located in the area of the municipality of Rialp, under the “Pico del Orri”. The 95% of its slopes are facing the north face which allows you to enjoy of a good micro-climate. Because of this feature Portainé ski resort is considered to have the best quality of snow in the Pyrenees.The resort has 27 km of slopes. Portainé is designed for families and it’s known for its Snowpark, on of the first in the Pyrenees. For many years it has been at the forefront of new trends in freestyle modality. Port Ainé Snowpark has its own lift and modules. It is designed for all levels: for beginners and experts.

3. TAVASCAN:

Tavascan is located in the Alt Pirineu Natural Park, in the municipality of Lladorre. The village is characterised by different ski related activities. Tavascan ski resort has 5km of alpine ski slopes, 12 km for cross-country skiing, and countless routes to practice skiing and Splitboard. Tavascan ski resort differential point is the off-piste areas. The ski lift is the main focus in a valley where there are endless possibilities to practice off-piste activities on both sides enjoying the diverse orographyl. One of the most outstanding activities is the Snow Retrack. You can enjoy different landscape routes in the ski resort riding a snow plough with a seating capacity for 8 people.

BAQUEIRA – BERET – BONAIGUA

Baqueira Beret is one of the biggest ski resorts in Spain with 160 km of slopes. It is located in the Aran Valley and the only ski resort located on the north side of the Pyrenees in Spain. Baqueira Beret visitors will find 120 km of slopes, 11km of itineraries, 7km of cross-country skiing, 1010m of vertical drop and a transport capacity of 58.000 people / hour. It offers 111 pistes carefully groomed for every skill level: 6 green (5 km), 43 blue (75 km), 45 red (59 km), 17 black (20 km), 3 itineraries (7 km), 7 km of Nordic ski circuit, 1110 meters of vertical drop and a transport capacity of 61.024 people / hour among its 36 ski lifts.

Access points:

-          1.500m mountain level: Parking space prepared to get to the “Bosque” ski lift and “Baqueira” chair lift.

-          Vall de Ruda residential complex: parking space below the “Baqueira” chair lift.

-          Tanau: small ski lift

-          Esquirós: Parking space at 1.700m

-          Orri: located at 1850m mountain level with two ski lifts, “Jorde Jordana” and “Vista Beret”.

-          Beret: located at 1850m mountain level, the most familiar area of all the access points.

-          Bonaigua: entry point for the ski chairs “Cap del Port” and “Bonaigua”

-      La Peülla: Parking space at 1900m mountain level, access from Pallars Sobirà.
